Look, we've been doing this for eight years now, and I'll be straight with you - this place isn't gonna hold your hand. We've got Olympic platforms that've seen more weight than most commercial gyms combined, heavy bags that actually fight back, and coaches who've been in the trenches themselves. The vibe here? CrossFit & Functional Training

We mix Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning. Classes cap at 12 so you're not just a number doing burpees in the corner. Our coaches actually watch your form.

Olympic Weightlifting

Snatch, clean and jerk - taught properly by someone who's competed nationally. We've got proper coaching, proper equipment, and a platform area that's seen some serious weight moved over the years.

Mixed Martial Arts Training

Boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ fundamentals - we cover it all. Whether you wanna compete or just feel more capable, our MMA program strips away the tough-guy nonsense and teaches what actually works.

Personal Training Sessions

One-on-one attention when you need it. We've helped complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Programming that's actually tailored to you, not copy-pasted from some template.

Powerlifting Programs

Squat, bench, deadlift - getting stronger in the big three. We run meet prep cycles and work with folks who just wanna add serious weight to their total. No fluff, just progressive overload done right.

Warrior Bootcamp Classes

Saturday mornings, outdoor when weather permits. High-intensity circuits, partner drills, some stuff that'll remind you of old-school gym class but way harder. It's become a bit of a cult favorite around here.

Our coaches have logged thousands of hours on the floor. They've competed, they've coached regional champs, and most importantly - they remember what it was like starting out. You're gonna get coached properly, called out when your form's off, and pushed when you're sandbagging.
