Power Technique Explosiveness

Snatch and clean & jerk. That's it. Sounds simple but it'll humble you real quick. These are probably the two most technical movements in strength sports, and we spend serious time getting your technique dialed in before adding weight. No ego lifting here.

Full Body HIIT Team Energy

Early morning, high-energy, no-nonsense workouts. Think burpees, sprints, carries, sleds, ropes - all the stuff that sucks but works. The 6am crew has this weird energy where everyone's half-asleep but pushing each other anyway. It's a vibe.

CrossFit WOD - "Pyrelith"

21-15-9 FOR TIME

  • - Thrusters (95/65lbs)
  • - Pull-ups
  • - Box Jumps (24/20")

Classic chipper that'll test your engine. Most people finish between 12-18 minutes. You'll feel it in your legs for days.

Time: 15-20min Rx / Scaled
Powerlifting - Week 8 Heavy Day

STRENGTH FOCUS

  • - Back Squat: 5x3 @ 85%
  • - Paused Bench: 4x4 @ 80%
  • - RDLs: 3x8
  • - Accessories: 3 movements

This is during the intensity phase. Weight's heavy but volume drops. You're peaking for a meet or max testing.

Time: 90min Advanced
Warrior Bootcamp - Friday Beatdown

4 ROUNDS, 3MIN EACH

  • - Sled Push (50ft)
  • - Burpees (10 reps)
  • - Kettlebell Swings (20 reps)
  • - Sprint (100m)
  • - Rest: 1min between rounds

End-of-week crusher. Everyone's tired, everyone's pushing through it together. That's the magic.
